The Kaffee is an independent café in Gillingham, Dorset, created as a welcoming place for good coffee, warm food, daily gelato and relaxed Friday cocktails.
Our story
The Kaffee is a bit of a family affair. Me and my parents, Steffan and Ewelina, opened up in September 2024 with a pretty simple plan: bring really good coffee to Gillingham and make everyone feel welcome while they're here.
That's still the idea. These days there's warm food, fresh gelato every day, and cocktails on a Friday — but whether you're after a quick flat white, a catch-up with friends, a scoop for the little ones or somewhere to put your feet up, we've got you.
